A scam, and a good example of the representative scam format.

1. Unless you happen to live in Malaysia, you probably have never heard of Ang Chee Ho, who may or may not be a real person.
2. The email comes from a free email server, bellsouth.net. That's an American email server. Weird choice for a Malaysian company. Why don't they have their own domain, which would end in ".my"? Because it's a scam.
3. The email asks you to reply to another free email server, yahoo.com, and that's always a scam sign.
4. " Due to the difference in time zones..."? This is the global economy! Money moves around the globe 24/7. This is a scam format.
5. "we do not have international licence to operate in your Country"...but they don't even know what your country is. Why is that? Because the scammer won't know what country you are in unless you reply, and we hope you would not.
6. And what kind of license do they need? A little local registration is probably all. It might take a day or 2. This is just scammer nonsense.
