We often say here if you have a problem, contact an admin (administrator) but it may not be evident who those people are so here's a list, and it will probably get updated as necessary.

Admins run the place. They can fix posts, move posts, split posts, move threads, etc and we generally keep an eye on things.


There are also a few super moderators who do about the same thing as admin and you can contact them too. They are:

Mister X (who is also a mod in the Dutch room)
Templar
Wonderwoman

We also have language room moderators. They are:
Dick H Box (in the English Room)
Jane Dough (in the Swedish Room)
Jessica (in the English Room)
sou-eu (in the Spanish and Portuguese Rooms).

In those rooms the moderators can edit posts, move posts etc, and they keep an eye on those language rooms for us since not all admins speak all of those languages.

Please always feel free to PM an admin with any problem, but be aware that we might not be here every single day.

As my first post I wanted to suggest a way to make administrators and moderators easily identifiable. The vBulletin software which runs this board can color code various member groups.

In the few hours I've been a member here, I guess the reason why this feature is not being used is to give the appearance of everyone being equal. Though I understand and agree with this sentiment, at times when combating fraud it is important for victims to easily recognize the people they should contact.

Please give the idea of color coding the mods and admins some consideration. It's less a matter of hierarchy than it is a matter of helping.

If you need help with the technical aspects of how to do the group color coding in vBulletin, I'd be happy to help.

Thank you Gentle Giant! That gives me some insight into the workings of your group. As an Admin type, I would hope you can tell me if the work I have put into today's emailing, and sending today's scams has been successful. I can only assume at this point that there are getting to the required location. Any way of getting a nod as to whether i am following correct procedures? Thank you...Ted from Canada.
