Je suis Mr HISSEN OULD DEDI de la République Démocratique Saharienne En ma position d’ancien fonctionnaire, j’ai eu à octroyer des marchés de prospection pétrolière à diverses entreprises.
Dans l’exécution de ce projet, nous avons découvert un gisement de pétrole dans un des emplacements du site de contrat. Ayant collaboré avec certains dirigeant de ces entreprises, j’ai reçu de leur part une somme de 45.000.000 de dollars pour service rendu.
En tant qu’ex conseiller ne résident plus dans son pays, je ne peux transférer cette somme en utilisant le circuit bancaire traditionnel de mon pays.
J’ai donc pris la décision de solliciter votre aide afin de vous confier ladite somme. Votre gain s’élèvera à soit 4.500 000us$ soit 10%.

In my counsellor position, I awarded a contract of oil prospecting to a various businesses company in Western Sahara state.
