What makes Firefox so flexible is the fact that users can alter it's configuration files, using the about:config tool, the 'under-the-bonnet' bit of Firefox.
Please be careful when doing this. Follow the tutorial carefully.
This (http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/itdojo/?p=815&tag=nl.e101)is a video tutorial to using about:config
This (http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/10things/?p=719&tag=leftCol;post-815) is the blog that the video is based on, with a few more tweaks.

It worked fine just now, (03:24GMT, 09 Aug,) but I have reloaded the link anyway.
The blog is linked to from the video-page, if the direct link won't play.

Does this script do an on-the-fly translation? It's not clear on the page:)
I've only just started exploring Greasemonkey, so any pointers are more than welcome:)
I'm going to post this one again in case it was overlooked ... anyone can configure their email clients to do stuff . http://www.mylivesignature.com/info_htmlemail.php

I came across this collection of add-ons, which does just what it says on the label.:)
Very useful stuff, although some of the people-search tools are very North American in focus.

You are so right about that Scam. In fact I have found that anyone who says that You have are receiving an Inheritance, a Lottery, a Friend by common Name, who needs Money, or a Family Member who needs money is a Scammer using Stolen ID, that They need updating for the purpose of selling to their customers for a hefty price. Anyone that asks for Money, and is not willing to give their Location for You to varify, is a Scammer, and should be deleted, or further pulled out of their Worm Hole so that They Police can catch them in a Sting.
