You responded to one scammer "biostechs" since then you seem to be inundated with emails from various companies offering you employment.

Would it not be right to think that they could all be the same person ? Creating a social engineering trick most scammers do.

If an employeer was real firstly ( i believe your in HK ) you would HAVE to go to the said country embassy for any Visas. You would NEVER have to pay money directly to someone for employment. Any Visas are ONLY through embassies in your country !

In the future unless you HAVE applied for an employment position yourself to a legitimate company then ask questions if your gut instinct tells you otherwise.

If all these offers are coming in via your email and you did not previously apply then do not respond to them ! They will not stop harassing you.

The advice is the same advice I gave you yesterday:

The same advice as before--drop it. It is a scam email. It is just like all of the other "job" emails you post here and ask about. None of them are real jobs.

Whatever email they use, it's probably a free email server. The phones are for UK redirect phone services. This means the phone may ring anywhere in the world and they probably do not ring in the UK.

Please also read about how to recognise a scam email http://antifraudintl.org/showthread.php?t=176 and please read it very slowly and carefully. You will be able to answer your own questions.And Gentle Giant also gave you good advice yesterday:

Do you want to be a victim ? If so ... then fill all the forms out; give them every detail about you ! Respond to every email, so that they can also send you emails with malware which you will download via a document or form, that will then go phishing ... and every time you log onto your computer, they will know your passwords, any internet banking you do, any social networks you visit and when they have completely ruined your life and you have to pick up the pieces ( not to scare you ) then you might get that gut instinct to report it to the "proper" authorities !

SAFETY & SECURITY:
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas Sector.
TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES:
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.
Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-reimbursement will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
“On no account will Employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job Offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer.”
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-reimbursement will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
