If you were/are a victim of a scam you may find yourself in a lot of hot water. You need some help. These are some other places you can go for information and maybe an idea on where to start to fix the problem. (You can also contact admins at AFI with specific problems).
In the USA, try the Credit Inforcenter at http://www.creditinfocenter.com/.
In Canada, try the Consumer Credit Counselling at http://www.iamdebtfree.com/.
In the UK, try the UK Insolvency Helpline at http://www.insolvencyhelpline.co.uk/.
ALSO, keep in mind that there are a lot of credit scams out there, or credit fixing agencies with less than stellar reputations. And there are probably even some 419 scammers out there. Caution is ALWAYS advised.
