Think I been had, I payed Golden Goose international $1980.00 US funds for some CNC tooling, an now they will not reply to any of my Emails. Its been over a month now. Here is a link to there web page

Should I call or Email the police in Taiwan to help me??

I payed them with a Bank to Bank money Transfer. I would really like to find an Email address to the police in Taichung City, Taiwan. or what would be the best way to handle this problem??????

At this point all you have proven is non-delivery of merchandise, apparently. You aren't anywhere near proving fraud. You best bet at this point is to contact a local legal expert and see what you can do in terms of contract enforcement which is what this problem is.
