How to I get authority to catch a suspect scammer in Malaysia? Who should I contact? The case is not happen on me but I gained access to a foreign student from Africa's email account and found a lot of suspicious document and emails. I also know this person pose with different identity and joined tons of social network website to hurt for his victim. Online Love scammer. Can someone trap him ??? I can't just go to police station and make a report base one "nothing" and I believe the local police wouldn't know or will not do much.

I think that the first step would be to post the "suspicious" emails here so that we can confirm that they're scams. If they are indeed scams, then we may look at how could be the best way to report these to the authorities. :)
