My name is Sara Huki and I have been having issues with my ex husband over an outstanding seperation agreement payment that is now long over due. I have also tried to call your office but I guess the time difference could be a bit of a challenge but I will still try to call but alternatively, you can get back to me via email. The settlement was entered into last year using a collaborative agreement and it stipulated that he would pay me $300,000 of which he paid me $50,000 last October. He still owes me $250,000 and he has been making excuses for not paying. Please I would like for your firm to help me collect these funds for me and would be prepared to litigate this issue if possible to recover this amount. He currently resides in your locality and hence the jurisdiction. Please get back to me if this is something your firm would be interested in. I am currently working night shifts t but I will be checking my emails regularly when I am at work.
