How many of us now store our phone numbers on our mobile phones and never write them down?
Just think for a moment, if your phone was lost or stolen, all your phone numbers and contacts are also lost. ( How would that make you feel?)

Here is a cheap way to save them, if you go and buy a cheap new sim card (We can purchase them for A$2) then transfer all your phone numbers and contacts from your memory card in your phone to the inbuilt memory of the phone, you can then put in the new sim card and transfer a copy to it.

Take it out and store it, and you will have a copy if anything nasty happens to your phone.

Following on from the previous post, how many of us have purchased a digital camera and found that the memory was quite a small one and so we bought a new bigger one and have the old one sat doing nothing but gather dust?
We can use it to store things from our pc's either directly or via a small adapter. Again, this could save us a lot of heartache if for example our Hard drive crashed etc.

I have a 32 MB card and a 64 MB card that I will never use in my camera as I have much larger cards now.
I could use them however to store my shortcuts, bookmarks or favorites and my passwords (if I choose) Away from my pc and they are safe from any attack or virus on my pc and of course a HDD crash.

This could prove to be invaluable if anything untoward happened and I needed to get back online quickly with the minimum of fuss.

The same use could be made of an old small thumb drive.
