My name is Duncan Ederson and a long time business associate of James Tideki. Mr Tideki forwarded your information to me so that I can send the loan payments. I explained to him that business was slow that is why I failed to pay the total loan amount that was due in earlier this year. As you may already know, I have paid about $92000 a couple of months ago. I am currently in Victoria, BC for a CAPM/PMP seminar and I will be paying off the balance including the interest as soon as I get back to town.
I sincerely apologise for my delay in making this payment and I also understand the hardship this has caused Mr Tideki's business and that is why I hope to complete making this payment as soon as I get back to town and I have also communicated this to Mr Tideki. I hope we can settle this without any further legal actions.
