hi all i have a question, does any one think the nigerian police would help catch a scammer if i set the scammer up to get money from a westin union out let?

If you mean a sting operation, no, the Nigerian police won't do that. Sometimes they might raid an internet cafe but no scammer is worth the time and effort to set up a sting at WU.
