I am Austin Abebe, A cousin and personalassistant to the late Chief Mrs. Stella Obasanjo, the late wife of thepresident Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria who died in Spain on Sunday the 23rdof Oct 2005 after an unsuccessful surgical operation.
As the cousin andpersonal Assistant to the deceased, I handled in confidence some of heraffairs, mostly properties, Investment and funds both domestic and overseas.In this case my sister/client who left Thirty million Great British Poundssterling (30,000,000.00) and so many other investments with my signatoryabroad for her personal reasons.
The family will call me to account forher properties and funds overseas after one year of her death according tothe tradition our people which will happen any moment from now as its pastone year. That is why I now seek your consent to write the bank andpresent you as a beneficiary of some part of the funds which has beenapproved for transfer by my late sister in her fund deposited in aparticular bank, since I have all the documents regarding the depositedfunds which I will disclose to you as we progress in thistransaction.
All I require from you is 100% trust, and honestco-operation to enable us see this deal through, I also guarantee that thistransaction will be executed under a legitimate process that will protect usfrom any breach of the law.
The sharing formula will be 60% for us 30%for you and 5 % for charity to my client\'s pet project CHILD CARE TRUSTFOUNDATION, for the less privileged and disabled children and the remaining5% will be set aside for any expenses incurred during the course of transferprocess. Upon your prompt reply of acceptance to this mail, I will forward aletter for fund transfer on your behalf to the bank in your name and to yourbank account. It is not necessary for you to have any money in your accountat all. In fact I will prefer if you open a new bank account for thistransaction. I wait in anticipation for your acceptance letter, and I amalso ready for any questions concerning the clarity of thistransaction.
