@Oroper Exactly what do you mean when you use the term 'Monetized' That is a very vague term. Do you want to create a lien against it? Take a non recourse loan against it? Forfait it ? Use it as a collateral against a credit line? I do need specfics. Also the CD in question. From a BB+ or AAA Bank? Too many variations for a simple answer. T.
