    Parkvale Bank - Accounts Update

This is really odd. It's clearing a phishing email. I live in Japan and I have no idea where Parkvale Bank is from.

The link is disabled. You should never click on a link like this. This link has an ".exe" extentsion so it is a program. You can be sure that double-clicking on an exe file will open a program. This program will probably be a virus or a Trojan virus and the sender wants you to open and install that program on your computer.

Not all ".exe" files are trojans or viruses. Real programs you use like Winamp or Real Player are .exe, but many Trojans or viruses are ".exe" files. As a "bank site", this link would not take you to a secure site.
