Brain Edward, Eshkeri & Grau

My lovely wife, Jolanta M......, from Poland but living 20 Years in Belgium, did get the same letter from Mr Brain Edward, so called "lawyer" working with ESHKERI & GRAU in Tarragona.
I wrote to this Law-Firm and obviously they don't know this person.
Maybe we will try to get him as far that we can get him behind bars.
There is only one person with my wife's surname in Belgium, so it is very
embarrasing.

To whom it may concern

I am one of the two partners and the only two lawyers working at Eshkeri & Grau Solicitors in Tarragona, Spain. My business partner is Sr Josep Grau Carrasco.

We have received a great many emails, letters and telephone calls over the past month or so from people who have received unsolicited mail in which the author identifies himself as working with or for our firm. The names of the authors so far identified are Brain Edwards, Richards Johnson and Roland Baker. Neither my partner, nor I, nor anyone working for or in close contact with our firm has ever met, spoken to or corresponded with such people. We have absolutely no knowledge of the matters referred to in their correspondence and have asked all those who have contacted us to forward to us by email or by fax copies of the correspondence received, as well as copies of the envelopes in which the correspondence arrived. I will be very grateful if anyone else who may be contacted by any such people purporting to work for or with our firm, will contact me directly either by email to jonathan@solicitorsinspain.com or by telephone to +34 977 249 960.

@Jonathan Eshkeri, Welcome to AFi, It is a shame that scammers choose to use the good name of organizations and companies in an attempt to lend credibility to their scams.
As these crooks have a Spanish phone number I trust that the police have been informed and will be taking action soon? thank you for posting and informing us of this illegal, use of your name and firm.
I have checked your firm out and found that what you state is correct.

I recive today a letter from Mr Brain Edward with information that Mr Johannes ....... a busines mogul who had casinos, restaurants and an oil merchant, lived in Spain and died in car accident, left huge deposits in value of 7.522M US $. Mr Brain is looking for someone in Poland who has the same last name as Mr Johannes - that will be me All money can be relase to me but first we have discuss what percentage I'll give him. I'm not stupid so first of all i wrote few words in google - "Brain Eward Eshkeri & Grau" and first score was to Your page in this topic. Now I see that I'm not the one person who get that kind of messege. Letter is with hand wrote signature, tel number and fax number. On envelope are two stamps. One is from post office in Valencia with date of send, second with logo CORREOS Espana Pagado an Oficina. I dont know what is about that scam??? When i call on that tel nr the scammer will take the money for call??? Tell me more about that sort of scams. Sory for my english :P
