I am at the office now and I am very busy with so much work to do. I am working on contract with my present company and as the chief engineer I must make sure my duties are met according to schedule. Maybe I have a shot time to write this but I will try to give you details of my apartment. I was really afraid to give the place out to some one that will destroy the flashy things in there. I had to reduce the monthly rent, as I need the tenant to help me take proper care of my property.

I work with the Old England Camel Con. Company in Victoria Garden City Lagos, Nig. I still have 3 years to be away and my apartment will be open as long as that time lasts. I don’t know when you are moving into the apartment and when you will be leaving the apartment. I mean I want to know the lent of your stay in the apartment, the date you are going to pack in and the day you will be moving out.

The utility bills are included in the monthly rent of $800, like the Internet, Cable TV and Electricity. If you are staying for up to 1 year an upfront 2 months rent will be paid before move in. And if you are staying for bellow 5 months only 1-month rent will be paid before move in. I have my allocated off-street parking, laundry is private in the apartment, including oven and AC, (950 sq. ft.).

I have a glass and steel set of chairs with a central glass and steel table in the middle and you need to be careful since it can get broken. The sitting room has a partial wall window on the outside part. I love it when I put off my light at night and view the streets at night with the windows wild open. I also need you to be careful on how you treat the glass window.

In my bedroom stands another set of wardrobe with 4 pullout doors that gives the room that shiny look when the fancy lights are on at night. The painting on the wall on top of my bed cost me $3000 in Beaumont, TX 3 years ago. The bedroom floor is a mix of fine forest wood and spray that requires cleaning.

If you love to cook then you will love my kitchen since every thing is set for the arrival of the cook. But if you will not use them then forget it I just need my kitchen to remain neat that all.
