I actually got a hard copy letter through the post (with a second class stamp on it - not that urgent then!!) 'From the desk of Xien Chieng' who claimed to be the 'Relationship Manager for the Guangdong Development Bank' with EXACTLY the same text (with a few name changes). Good to see it's not just me then!
