The following is a list of the rough diamonds that we intend to purchase:

Color: D, E, F, G, H, I
Clarity: FL, VVS, VS, SI
Carats: 5 carats and up

We are also interested in colored rough diamonds, i.e., yellow, blue, pink, green and red.

nevertheless we would like to start the initial tranche with a smaller amount, somewhere between $500,000 and $2M; and upon the successful completion of the first transaction, substantially increase future purchases by 100%, until we reach $25Million per month.
We are also interested in gold dust any amount ...my buyer for this will buy after assay in his refinery in the USA michigan

1.Do you have access to rough diamonds for sale?Will need mainfest and KPC!
Kimberley Process Certificate, proof that the diamonds are not gained illegally. My buyers are in Dubai at this moment , unless you can perform TTM in the States or UK . I also need clarification on the prices.
2.Do you have gold bullion in HK with skr only no skr no deal buyer is in HK ?
3.Do you have direct buyer of BG,MTN ,,,,i have a contact that is direct to three providing platform ....i need details of your BG and MTN need seller will review if he can work with your procedure then we can make money before the year runs out on this ?

Our purchases are made though Euroclear (We can also use DTC or Clearstream)

Once we have been given ISIN numbers and accept price, we issue a Buy Order, which for obvious legal reasons had to be addressed to the Owner at his common registered address. We never issue buy orders to third parties. The owner issues us with a Corporate Invoice and matching Title page.

THE ONLY TIME BANKS SPEAK TO EACH OTHER IS DURING THE EUROCLEAR
PROCESS on the day of purchase

USING Euroclear

The corporate invoice and matching title page etc are verified through screens 1-9 and then, screen 10 block and pay Only during this final process do the bank officers speak. It is the same day transaction.

As is the same day transaction it avoids many pitfalls and attempts to get us to sponsor a purchase.

As is normal in any business transaction we expect to receive from the seller the same corporate details he expects to get from us, and all written communications from APT have to be the seller at his registered address.
