Here is a paragraph in his Plea Agreement of 3/2012:


IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court deliver two certified copies of this judgment
to the United States Marshal of this district.
The Court orders commitment to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons and directs the defendant to
self-surrender to the U.S. Marshals here in Phoenix, Arizona, or to his place of designation by 12:00
p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012, if he prefers.

I heard he has until 5/12 to report....that is Sat. Check back next week.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prison website he is LISTED BUT NOT IN CUSTODY...... You may be right!!!

He's in federal prison in Texas for 2 years, and 5 yrs probation.
