Tuviajas.com appears to be a timeshare company that wants to sell vacation weeks in the hotels they represent. The main objective of this prize is to visit the hotel where you will have to assist to a high pressure sales presentation to buy a time share unit. My personal opinion is that these "prizes" are deceptive.
In this case, the website was created on Jan. 27, 2010, which is very little time.
The decision is yours.

With regard to our promotions:

• They are approved and monitored by government agencies within each country. In case the latter should determine that the advertising could in any manner be considered deceitful, the advertising is modified and adjusted until approved.
• Their number is limited according to media and country due to the large number of calls we receive daily.
On receiving the person's call, and if the latter is within the promotion's winner calls, the person is offered:
• A vacation package for 4 people at the promotional price. The package includes accommodations in upper category tourism hotels, daily breakfasts during the stay, and daily transport to the parks. The prices vary from $112 per person for the basic package (Orlando) to $299 per person for the Premium package (Orlando, Miami, cruise). The letter is notarized and it costs $29 per family group. This letter must be submitted together with the documents required by the United States embassy in each country. • Vacation bonus, for Cancun in Mexico or Las Vegas in the United States. This bonus has no cost at the time the package is activated. On using the bonus, the client must pay the taxes that apply to this vacation bonus.
• Two (2) tickets for Universal Studios. To receive the tickets, the family group must attend a 90-minute special presentation in one of our Resorts.
• NO seasonal restrictions. Our customers have twelve months (12) to enjoy their vacations + six (6) additional extension months, which allow them to travel on the date of their best convenience.
To buy the package, the client must:

Ask before giving your credit card!! In this case,
they offer a sensational package to Orlando, Miami and a cruise to the Bahamas for $ 261 (the seller says it is the total cost and not have to pay anything more) however, after you give the credit card, they send the confirmation of payment, and the small print says that taxes are not included. These taxes are $399 per person; they also say is that while in Orlando, the customer is obliged to go to a presentation of 'timeshare'; that presentation lasts 90 minutes. If the client refuses to go to that presentation, there will be a charge of $ 350 to the credit card. They say this information is provided after the customer pays the taxes. WARNING: once the customer calls to complain about the lack of information, they say that money has been charged and is not refundable. Supposedly calls are recorded, but the only recorded conversation they send is the one that confirms the number of credit card and the money charged to it. They never send the recorded conversation held with the person selling the plan in which they say there is nothing else to pay out of $ 261. The customer is entitled to know the full details of what is going to buy before you buy, but they're giving additional payment information as the client has already made pre-payments.

There is no such thing as an ongoing "deal" in travel. One may save money by being flexible on the destination or departure dates, season or by benefiting from a special promotion. A good travel counsellor will know how to make clients benefit from his knowledge.
You've unfortunately found out the very hard way that "when it looks too good to be true, it probably is".
