Orphan scammers are THE worse kind of criminal there is and unfortunately Cameroon is the country with the highest percentage of scammers targeting donations meant for their own orphans. We have uncovered over 40 fake Cameroon orphanages and for a country of less than 20 million citizens, this is astounding. Nigeria on a percentage basis would have to have over 300 fake orphanage web sites which is nowhere near the case.

Some of these fake orphanage where setup as part of other frauds and the scammer decided to additionally steal donations. Then there's the professional orphan scammer who may indulge in other frauds on occasion but his main skills and efforts are dedicated to scamming orphan donations. These predators are the bottom of the puke bucket, the worse king of human garbage that exists anywhere regardless of country, and we put a special effort in hunting them down.

The subject of this thread is one such piece of excrement who has setup numerous fake orphanage web sites over the past few years. Whenever his criminal sites where discovered and shut down, he would promptly open a new one for the sole purpose of stealing donations meant for Cameroon orphans and offer children as they do pets as part of his advance fee and credit card frauds. He uses photos of real Cameroon orphans stolen from legitimate web sites so in essence we can see the very children he's stealing food from on this scumbag's web sites. Bastards like this should be lynched on sight in order to stop the pilfering of the meager resources belonging to these poor orphans, most of whom are already living in misery.

The OVC Outreach Foundation is a registered, non-governmental and non-political organization comprising of persons who are engaged in the advancement of the protection of rights and welfare of children with various deformities.

This is a project dealing with HIV/AIDS affected and infected children. Most of the parents have died due to the dreadful disease while the rest the parents are infected and hence leaving their children with their grandparents. More so many of the young girls in the slums get children during prostitution and so they leave them with the guardians and disappear to the cities to sell their bodies or be employed as house girls.

Therefore, as a result, in my research 2008, when I had the vision to work with the slum children 58% of the children in the slums had been left with the old helpless and frail grandmothers for by the young girls having ran for prostitution in the city of Yaounde. This therefore is a worthy cause for these innocent children to get somebody somewhere to mind about them by giving them the basic needs especially food shelter, accommodation, education and basic health care.

HIV/Aids have caused many children to be parentless. This has attacked many children in the slum areas especially Nkol-Folou slums. Many of the orphaned children die due to negligence by the guardians in the slums because of the low morals, having no enough time for the child thus giving more attention in lobbing for food. These children feed in the dumps and drink water mixed with raw sewage. Thus many die of hunger and diseases if not cared for.

The project is ready to deal with this type of a child. The child will be provided with food, water, medical care, basic education and subsequently shelter if possible.

The children are seriously starving, dying of thirst, suffering from many different sorts of infections ranging from bacterial to fungal and viral diseases. There is a high rate of child labor, literacy, robbery, rape, child trafficking e.t.c... Join us in saving these children and moving them from darkness to light!

The following are two fake law firm web sites belonging to this thief. These where used to scam victims who wished to adopt a Cameroonian orphans. The fake lawyers would demand various bogus legal fees. The only thing the victim got was a ripoff, there never was an orphan to adopt. That kind of cruelty is typical of orphan scammers.

The Cameroon scammer behind the above sites used the name Chi Akosa. On 21 dec 2009, Chi Akosa contacted us to complain about our posting of hopehomef.com as a fraud. Here is his message:

I would advice any body posting against Hope Home Orphanage in Cameroon to come on site and see for themselves. The problem is that adoption rules are difficult in Cameroon, and others think it is a scam. There are references...

I replied with a request that he forward those "references" and we will examine them objectively. Instead of getting back to us, three days later (24-Dec-2009) he registered yet another fake orphanage domain destinykidsfoundation.com

As I mentioned, upon finding out that his scam site hopehomef.com was exposed as a fraud, three days later (24-Dec-2009) he registered destinykidsfoundation.com I guess that was his gift to Cameroon orphans, a new scam site to steal donation meant to improve their life, and on Christmas Eve too.

Well, exactly 13 days later (06-Jan-2010) he registered ourmaddonaofhope.com just to be on the safe side in case destinykidsfoundation.com, which it was on Jan. 16 2010. This low-life cannot be without a fake orphanage operating at full speed. That's his raison d'être, what he lives for.

Now the whole world knows who is the bastard using the names Don Pelote Chi, Chi Akosa, El Hadji Pelote, Chi Taneform, Nacevan, Chi Pilot, Nace Van Bowers.


Living off helpless orphans has been good for this thief who loves gold jewelery and the party lifestyle but is too lazy to work and earn his own money.
