Does this look familiar... he is still on there and is using Kelvin Morgan for the name instead... really this kind of stuff really makes me angry because there are people out there that really need a place to live and with people like this around it's no wonder people don't trust anyone these days.

Saw a listing on craigslist and replied, I knew as soon as I got the email back from him it was a scam. No way would anything like that be offered at that price. I googled the number to see if there was anywhere to report it.

If anyone mentions the word Africa! It's a scam the whois comes up with someone in Lagos Nigeria.

I just got the same thing on an add in Brampton. He seems to copy legit ads, and post them for less money. If it sounds like it's too good to be true, it is!
I knew it was a scam when he didn't answer the questions I asked.

Same guy, but Kelvin smith this time on the hamilton mountain! I suspected fraud from the beginning, but played along with caution! Funny thing is, one of my family members knows the owners of the building he was going to try and rent to me!! BUSTED! Anyone know how I can report this and to whom?

You can report it to wherever the listing is and the host should remove it. Beyond that there's nothing you can do without a lot of boring work.
