Felix Steve Asabor, Nigerian in Japan

    And in prison.

    Doh!

I wonder why we never started this? Anyway, Felix is from Nigeria and lives in Japan ran a restaurant. He also was, according to the police, money laundering for scammers. Now he's enjoying the lovely facilities of a Japanese prison, courtesy of the Japanese taxpayers.

I don't think 2008 is going to be a really happy year for him.

Coolness. Always glad to know at least one more scammer is off the street.

Maybe some prison time will help him lose a little weight.
    Go ahead, make my day.

From my own experience with being held over in local lockup for a week or so over an unfortunate misunderstanding (charges dropped and never indicted, thankfully!). One of my cellies said the routine is the same in actual prison:

Breakfast: White bread and jam packet, hot water.

Lunch: White bread and jam packet, hot water.

Dinner: Rice and (plain) fish, some form of boiled vegetable, hot water. Better food available at dinner for 300 yen per meal from your jail account.

    unexciting food for many years?

@Tokyohoon, thanks for your post, it is intersting to find these things out 'first hand'
It seems that the scammers who find their way into the Japanese jail system do not get very exciting food!

We will see if we can help some more to go on a diet by sending them to jail.
