He uses the Opera 9.8 browser on a mobile device, with a Proxy IP of: 82.145.211.102
He uses MTN, a Nigerian ISP, & is apparently connecting via a server located at Latitude 10.0000 - Longitude 8.0000, which I think is a cell-tower on the A235, somewhere between Idon & Kachia. Although, he could be on Massey St. in Lagos.
