For those of you who have been following this thread about fraudster Marc Ros Rodriguez, I would like to make something very clear.
I understand that having so many Angels involved with Marc Ros Rodriguez it becomes hard to understand who is who and who to trust.
So let me explain:

1. Angel No. 1 Me, Charlie’s angel, scam fighter who would like nothing better than to see Marc Ros Rodriguez,
   like all the other scammers, living on other people’s money, locked up in jail.
   Little did I know when I became Charlie’s angel that I would be writting about a scammer named Marc Ros Rodriguez,
   who accidently (my luck) has two partners who are both called Angel, too.
   
   
2. Angel No. 2, a somewhat posh Mediterranean man, post-andropause, short hair to hide the upcoming boldness,
   who gives out amazing resumes about himself in all forms (word, pdf, avi) all based upon his pre-historical successes.
   Is now for several years the partner of scammer Marc Ros Rodriguez. Knowing that any serious businessman or normal person,
   would never have himself (at least not for so long) connected to a scambag like Marc Ros Rodriguez.
   Makes you wonder what his benefit is?
   
   
3. Angel No. 3, better known as “the General”, who actually is no more than a very bold “Tentiente Coronel Reserva” in a Mediterranean country.
   He is also a long-lasting partner of fraudster Marc Ros Rodriguez and his wife Maria Yolanda.
   He seems to do a lot of payments for and to Marc Ros Rodriguez and his wife.
   Whenever situations become a bit tricky ( when numerous lies do not stick anymore), which with a scambag like Marc Ros Rodriguez,
   happens all the time, this Angel appears almost like being the frontman in times of trouble.
   What does he get out of this?

Anyways to make a long story short, the only real angel in this story is me!

I know Mark/c has been telling, cleaver internet readers, that Charlie's angel is a vindictive ex-girlfriend in his poor attempt to justify "his business" (only scamming).

My answer to this is: HE WISH, just another one of his lies.

If this was true, I would have started this thread under the romance scammers and not the business scams.
More, luckely there have been enough other posters in this thread about Marc Ros Rodriguez, what are they then?

No no, Marc Ros Rodriguez, has been a scammer for more then 20 years, has been convicted and jailed for fraud several times in different countries, still continuing his scamming conning business as usual.
Marc Ros Rodriguez belongs, just as all the other proven fraudsters, in jail, were they can no longer steal money from other people and he is just another one on my list.

Angel Higueras paid out a lot of money for the house Marc was living in in Poole. I also know that Marc left a huge debt to the owner of the house when he was evicted. Angel will have lost his rent deposit. Why would Angel have agreed to this? Why doesn't he take Marc to court?

There is only one reason. It was his money to begin with. Perhaps Angel looks after the money Mark makes in scams - just in case.

Well, I guess that the only thing Marc Ros Rodriguez learned during his jailtime for fraud is;

Never to put, act or do anything under his own name, completely surrounded by covers and partners.

And some of these partners have a Non-Dom status in the UK, very handy!

A British man has been jailed in Benidorm for 27 months after having been convicted of serious fraud.

Police also discovered that Interpol was searching for him in the UK and the name he was using was false, saying he was really called Mark Richard George Acklom. Mark Acklom had defrauded an Asian businessman out of €18million (£13million) in a property scam. He was led to believe he was investing in large property developments in Mascarat, Finestrat and Calpe.
