In reading the Romance Scammers I feel I have been drug into an emotional roller coaster. If they know you keep saying no to sending them money....Why would they keep up a conversation for 2 months....I have nothing to offer and will not give personal info. How do you know for sure they are bad? I met him on a dating website that is pretty well known.

oh dear, please understand that one scammer usually works in a Nigerian or Russian big office with lots of people, he/she has to send a certain number of emails and keep conversations going, always the optimist that you may change your mind because you know them so long, despite sometimes all the details gotten from you can be used to model another persona in your image and lure someone else. There is all kind of things you can find out when tallking to people, for example they find your address through IP mapping, you may talk about or have a facebook site etc with your birthdate and birthplace, its easy to find if someone is married and where you went to school. From there into your bank account, your federal tax return etc it is only a short step.
