Could this GRANDAS OIL be real or another Scamming Site ?

They tell to be in Voronezh region, of course in the Official Russian's Refineries list doesn't exist like the MAGNAT one i asked 2 weeks ago in another thread. Even if till now i had no proof they are scammers cause till now nothing happened and nothing i found aorund the Black listed Company or similar.

Please is anyone kindly know something it will be a very good thing to know.
