He is also in Wisconsin. I, too, was targeted. I suspected he was a scam but it wasn't until I found this website that I new for sure. Does he really think that educated professionals such as Realtors and Attorneys would fall for this?!

Yes he does. He thinks everyone in the world is stupid and that he is the only clever person.

I can't speak for folks in real estate but trust me, attorneys are falling for this all the time. Or they have been.
