German member of Thai 419 Joker Broker ring busted - Gunther Rosinus was arrested in Wat Bang Plee Nai (Luang Por Toa) by Lt Colonel Viharn Seangmukda, he was residing behind the temple with Smai Somchan who Gunther claims is a fellow Joker Broker trying to sell thousands of tonnes of gold on behalf of the Thai Government. Gunther lists all the members of the Thai Joker Broker gang and draws a chart mapping out the member's positions in Thailand's fake Gold Committee and the criminal mandates and joker brokers in the chain for Colonels Suwat and Chanatchai after General Surachai Homcheunchom ordered an investigation into Thailand's joker broker fraud gangs that are destroying people's lives and seriously damaging Thailand's reputation. Normally these scammers are known as "419 Yahoo Boys" but an undercover agent from Nigeria described Gunther as a "419 Yahoo Grandfather". The Technology Crime Suppression Division's top cops now have enough information to hunt the other members of this evil gang that has brought a negative image to Thailand and her traders. Gunther explained how Smai Somchan acted as a proud Thai who liked to threaten targets saying things like "I know where you live - I am coming to shoot you with my gun". He would also threaten and insult the families of his targets as part of his Thai Scamming operation that he runs from behind Luang Por Toa's Wat Bang Plee Nai Temple. Due to scammer Smai's violent threatening nature and abuse of the Thai government and institutions General Surapol decided that the gang must be studied and destroyed. Gunther claimed that his gang included police from immigration and other Thai government offices as well as retired police and army generals - none of these people were brave enough to come up against General Surapol's cyber-crime-busters who specialize in dealing with dark influences.

Some of the Joker Brokers in the gang are also part of the Graham Michael Shandiman gang and Gunther explained how some members were using fake International Bills of Exchange (IBOEs) from Kasikorn Bank to engage in Thai Gold deals and that the gold was kept in Thai army bunkers 80 meters underground.

Victims of Joker broker gangs can report crimes that involve Internet communication to the Technology Crime Suppression Division in Government Complex on Cheang Wattana road. Victims of 419 scams have already seen stolen funds returned in full by 419 fraud gangs in Thailand.

Note that in the high walled compound with windowless building where Gunther lived with Smai Somchan there is an Internet games cafe for young Thai children to play online games.

Many Thai newspapers are running stories and specials on the Joker Broker gangs - this story exposes how and why global joker broker gangs are heavily into pedophilia, the same charisma that is used to steal money is used to steal children's genitalia - they hunt both kids and mugus in Internet cafes and the police have now discovered that these are not just scammers but online criminals into scamming to feed their hunger for kiddies. This is Smai Somchan who ran the First Pacific Fund operation in America under various aliases including Anthony Tobin and Mike Hamition note the teddy bears behind him in his office and where he likes to place his hand and of course the smile on his face as he looks on at the young kiddies. Gunther ran an underground cafe for kiddies only behind a 12 foot wall with just a cat flap to let the children enter his online games den where joker brokers dealt fake deals around the clock rarely leaving as they would rather send the kids out to buy take-away meals for them.



Of course there are many Australians in the gang such as Graham Michael Shandiman who now shares a cell with Gunther. Here is another heavyweight brute in the gang who executes victims, the Australian government is known to be lax almost to the point of turning a blind eye as dozens of these Joker Brokers are operating gold and IBOE operations out of Sydney and Perth. Many Australians claim that it is the arrogant egotistical nature of many Aussie police that prevents them from accepting valuable information on these rings and indeed their blatant illegal operations suggest to many that there is even perhaps some high level corruption in Australia that allow these gangs dealing in everything from Diesel to Children to operate down under.

It is also interesting that many of the criminals in these gangs carry Australian passports but were not born in Australia.

Apparently one scammer (Mele) filed charges of defamation against the website owner and ordered the host to remove the site. Scammers further their crimes by trying to sue people who expose them and that is one of the problems that must be dealt with. The same gang are also taking legal action against others that are exposing them but not all hosts are afraid of the scammers and their tricks and they are now fighting back with legal teams and tricks of their own.

Big players in the scam world are hiring reputation management companies to protect them but it seems that many of these reputation management companies are actually scamming the scammers. These tricks are used more often by British and American scammers who are more advanced that their African counterparts and baiters often fear these scammers and prefer to look for African village boys who are easier pickings which explains why we get alot of trivial scammers exposed but very little real action on the big boys.
