From what we understand the Lendava Mayor Anton Balažek is considering whether to close the Petrolijinega sports and tourist center and build a 1,500 meters long runway for small and medium-sized aircraft as well as for large airplanes with less cargo. It would be equipped with modern equipment that would allow the landing and takeoff of aircraft at night and in bad weather.
Lendava – Viktor KETLER the director of the engineering company Petrolija is slowly but steadily changing the belief of those who do not believe in the construction of the sports and tourist complex in Petišovci in Lendava.
The value of this investment is 206 million euros and will be, if implemented, by far the largest value in Pomurje after Slovenia's independence. The central point of the project will Petišovci motodrome (also for the organization of GP racing…), a polygon…and adventure trail….KETLER and the director of the international financial company, the INTERNATIONAL WORLD INVESTMENT LOANS (IWIL - IIWL) Aldo Pietro Ferrari on Tuesday signed an agreement whereby the financial company engaged in a ten million loan Petrolija for twenty years . Petrolija said that seven million will be spent to pay the already purchased land, additional purchases and the documentation for building permits, three million (deposit) will be administered by the bank (the name is mentioned in the editorial), which has custody of the loan as mentioned in the agreement.
The IWIL (IIWL) is operating with capital from Swiss and Italian sources, and is situated in New Zealand, with Petroli has been seriously negotiating from the beginning to become its majority shareholder and strategic partner. The company has so far invested in company securities, for which Petrolija provide 4.5 million euros for the purchase of 60 hectares of land and the construction documentation. In the the agreement the IWIL entered into a strategic partnership and will become the majority owner of Petrolije when we get a building permit, therefore…
Petrolija engineering partners was founded four years ago on fifth July exclusively for the construction of the sports and tourist center from a limited liability company transformed into a company with a portfolio of own shares 66 percent, 34 percent of them owned by small and medium shareholders. "With the transformation into a limited company, we formalized the option to change the ownership interests in shares and we keep the door wide open for the purchase of shares. Now doubts about the realization of the project are fewer, since potential investors, including large foreign, are interested in buying Petrolije increases. On the other hand, due to competition and other reasons, there are more opponents of the advertised project. Both are normal, said KETLER.
Potential investors and even opponents of the project are well informed that the project has received the highest rating of three independent European scientific institutions and above all, the market is very interesting. Let me just mention that all motodroma in Europe are full with two in advance because the number of outdoor sports enthusiasts in Europe and around the world from year to year is increasing. Motodroma occupancy means occupancy of hotels and camping sites which promote the development of tourism activities, etc.. Petišovci is an ideal geographic location, with access to the highway and proximity to airport which make it easy and quick to reach the Lendava area and throughout the Pomurje there is already a highly developed health tourism.
This year KETLER has announced the launch of the intial work in Petišovci. The Lendava Mayor, Anton Balažek, long ago confirmed that the municipal council in charge of the sports and tourist center will receive the final documents no later than August or September. The municipality has already issued a call on the sale of 3.5 hectares of land for the racing track, …. and other facilities at the opening bid price of 1.6 million euros. If all goes as planned, the motodrome will be built next year and have a seating capacity for 75,000 spectators. VIP facilities are also being planning, as well as lodges, a medical center, a luxury hotel, apartment complex, camping, bungalows, a golf course, and upgrading of the existing lake.
When asked whether this means that Petrolija will be a candidate for one of racing GP engines series next year, KETLER answered indirectly: The international motorcycle organization FIM is helping us. The company Dorna …is already talking about the organization of a GP racing series and other races. The decision will be made on time. Now our most important work is the motodroma construction which will cost 60 percent of the total value of the entire project. We have the possibility to obtain the money, a maximum of 30 million euros to build the motodroma also obtained through the European funds.
ALDO PIETRO FERRARI - THE AMBITIOUS FRAUD - 2011-2012
THE AMBITIOUS FRAUD
Authors: Boris Cipot
Today there is a strongly neglected stadium In Petišovci near Lendava which was expected to host the sports and tourism complex of the Motodrome Petrolija. It was another megalomaniac project similar to Janković Stožice because its estimated value exceeded 200 million euros.
In addition to the modern motodrome with racing track, which should have allowed the performance of racing engines in the World Cup Grand Prix class, a four-star hotel should have risen on 170 acres, along with a rehabilitation center for motorcyclists, apartment complex and golf course. The motodrome was to have covered seats for 70 thousand visitors and was be covered with photovoltaic cells with solar power capacity of 15 megawatts. Investors also received the great promise of geothermal energy, although experimental borings had not been done, yet.
The construction of the complex Motodrom Petrolija was to be launched before the end of the year. In the middle of last September, at a press conference, the representatives of the engineering company’s investors Petrolija, director Viktor KETLER and Zeljko Babic VIDIC stood together to manage the public image of the project and sold shares. They vehemently mentioned that a new track of the… motodrome would be ready for the first race of Moto GP class in August this year...The presence of a mysterious investor in Switzerland made it a successful press conference, of course, and facilitated the call for investors to put their money into the project.
The Motodrom Petrolija should have been financed by EU grants and bank loans, a 5 per cent of the investment should have provided the equity capital obtained by selling shares to retail investors … would issue 49 thousand shares, of which seven percent of them offered for sale to retail investors. The sale of shares was to start in the middle of last year... The fact is that the share price was discounted…, because they sold at Euro 1700, although its nominal value is of 2500 euros. The interest in buying them should have been great, but the number of applicants and the extent of the funds collected would not be discussed.
There were strong representatives from Petrolija, while the mysterious Swiss investor guarantee, designed to get bank loans to start construction was waved. 2010 ended and as we are coming to a close of the third month of the year 2011, nothing is happening to the Motodroma Petrolija.
…A few days ago the Mayor Anthony Balažek, when we asked him about the municipal involvement in the construction…, he said that the fact the engineering company Petrolija, based in the main street in Lendava 20, had offices under our roof, doesn’t mean I know something. So where are now the offices of the company, which had the 200-million project motodroma…. Victor KETLER’s mobile number is deaf to our calls and also the official website Petrolije has no phone numbers. The blocked transactions on the accounts and a look at the web will reveal many things, especially at the AJPES data.
The engineering Petrolija company has no employees, there have been two blocked accounts for transactions with Raiffeisen Bank and Hypo for a long time. Strange, say the locals in Petišovci that the Petrolijq signed for a long-term 50-year lease or sale of the land. …there is the handsome price of 850 euros per hectare as rented land or 10 thousand price per hectare for purchase , we learned in Petišovci. … The inhabitants of Petišovčare patiently waiting for the fulfillment of all the promises by Petrolija.
Among other things, the local football club, which does not appear on the green ….stadium, promised that they would build a replacement facility near the village. The history of Petrolija is rather interesting. There was an investment value of 20 million, even though today that figure would be at least ten times higher. In the beginning Petrolija was establioshed in a private house at 15 Station Road, Brezovica in Ljubljana. Only in 2007 it was transferred to a location on the main street Lendava 20th AJPES Petrolija had 17 members and a majority stake of 68.70 percent, the most of Petrolija itself.
Among the shareholders there are also the two procurators Zeljko VIDIC and Gojko KENDA. Director Viktor KETLER, however, has no ownership interest…his grandson Mark, one of the lawyers at the law firm Rojs…Victor KETLER, who years before was considered one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Pomurje, is now associated with high profile bankruptcies of his Kovinoplastika. In his bankruptcy, all property, residential house and commercial and manufacturing facilities of the adjoining land was seized in Čentiba.
Interestingly, the engineering company Petrolija enrolled in the land register as the owner of the premises. According to the order of the District Court in Lendava there was a public auction of real estate in Čentiba…. The public auction was held on Tuesday, 23 March, Raiffeisen Leasing …demanded 508 thousand. The court assessed the property at just over 365 thousand. …Victor KETLER supposedly ensured that that so far most of the debt to Raiffeisen Leasing has already been repaid and the remaining 220 thousand should be paid before Tuesday’s auction.
…There are unfortunately too many bankrupt entrepreneurs in Petrolija …they doubt that there is a bank or a fund that would give them money for this project. Thi is just one of the opinions in the forum of financial news in Petroliji. There are too many unknowns people associated with the developer, this is the general feeling of those participating in the forum. Financial experts warned last year that the financing for the project is too inflated … and therefore both current accounts have been blocked. Small shareholders point to even greater caution.
5 ENTREPRENEURS SCAMMED BY ALDO PIETRO FERRARI - 2012
5 Entrepreneurs scammed by ALDO PIETRO FERRARI -2012
5 Scammed Entrepreneurs
A consultant who promised maxi-investment is under investigation
BOLZANO, Italy. Five entrepreneurs in South Tyrol, ended up in the mysterious network of a financial adviser, who promised them exorbitant gains. Actually everyone has been waiting for years, despite having paid over € 100 000 for the cost of the "papers". ALDO FERRARI, Parma, owner of the "International World Investment Loans" must respond about this scam. The man was recommended to the five entrepreneurs in South Tyrol by a well-known financial advisor in Bolzano. The latter, in turn, was a victim of the promises of FERRARI. The investigation began a year ago, after the accountant of one of the contractors realized there was something wrong. His client sent 126 thousand euro to FERRARI. The contractor kept saying that sooner or later he would receive the 80 million of funding needed to launch a new product. The accountant, however, realized it was a scam and warned the prosecutor. The prosecutor Markus Mayr started an investigation and so did his colleagues in Parma. ALDO FERRARI, therefore, must respond to fraud against the five entrepreneurs in South Tyrol. About one hundred requests for financing are being checked.
ALDO PIETRO FERRARI - SCAM IN SOUTH TIROL, ITALY - 2012
South Tyrol Financial Intermediaries Caught
Ansa - 126,000 Euro Lost
Bolzano - The financial intermediary ALDO FERRARI from Parma, Italy (added) allegedly committed multiple frauds in Italy. Even in South Tyrol, five entrepreneurs have fallen into the trap of the loan shark. FERRARI offered his clients the possibility of a straightforward loan worth millions of dollars. However, he demanded a working fee of over € 100,000. The bruised entrepreneurs are still waiting for the loan amounts. Now ALDO FERRARI, who handled the shady business of his company the "International World Investment Loans", in Parma will be taken to court because of fraud.
The investigation started about a year ago when the financial advisor of a South Tyrolean entrepreneur contacted the prosecutor. His client had been waiting for quite some time for the transfer of 80 million euro loan. In the meantime, he had already sent ALDO FERRARI the amount of 126,000 euro. The loan was needed to bring out a new product on the market. After the loan was not paid despite repeated demands from the South Tyrolean, his economic adviser’s skepticism increased and he finally turned to the prosecutor. At the same time the prosecutor in Parma also actively initiated investigations about ALDO FERRARI. Italy is investigating over a hundred case in which entrepreneurs paid in money.
Expected Credit - Südtiroler Entrepreneur Loses 126,000 Euros
An alleged fraudster who swindled an estimated hundred people with the same trick in Italy, also made five South Tyroleans fall into his trap. A businessman lost a total of 126,000 euros hoping to obtain a loan of 80 million euros. The Bolzano prosecutor has now sent all the files to the prosecutor of Parma where there is a number of cases against the suspected. The suspected must respond fraud – and that of banding which would confirm the suspicions of investigators that the man had been working together with several accomplices.
Back in 2010 an entrepreneur from around Bolzano wanted to bring a new product to the market. He needed money for its production and marketing. He contacted domestic banks for a loan, but they refused to grant him the credit he asked for. Good luck seemed to have abandoned the entrepreneur, when suddenly something happened: A South Tyrolean financial consultant told him about the investment company "International World Investment Loans" and that it lent large amounts of money in a completely un-bureaucratic way. The president of the company, ALDO FERRARI from Parma, Italy (added) would also provide the contractor with the amount requested. All he had to do to obtain it was to open a bank account in Romania through which the transaction could be processed.
But also another "little thing" had to be done in advance: In order to obtain the loan and to cover the cost of the paperwork a fee was paid, a deposit of 126,000 euros for the 80 million euros to be released. The entrepreneur transferred the money and waited for the promised millions full of hope. He went on waiting. He checked with the investment firm when the money would arrive. But the money release was put off over and over again and each time he was told that it would only be a matter of days. But so far he has not received a penny, and his 126,000 euros have also disappeared. Finally, the financial adviser of the entrepreneur filed a complaint in the spring of 2011 because he suspected that his client might have been deceived.
