Also I thank GodAlmighty that I have found a friend like you, and by requesting / accepting theresponsibility of being your friend, I promise to be honest and trustworthy. Iwill try to work out any differences or conflicts that we may have and will tryto put the time and effort into our friendship that it requires. I know we bothhave family and personal obligations, and we will respect each other’srelationships and commitments, but I will also be committed to this friendship.I will try to only give advice if it’s asked and I will also try to be yourfriend unconditionally. I will keep your confidences. However, I will alsoshare with you if it is my policy to never keep anything from my spouse or anyother primary relationship, with whom I entrust all my secrets. Howeveras per the very important views that I promised in my previous message to sharewith you, this is a very long message which I will so much appreciate very if youcan just read the entire contents of this very message attentively for betterunderstanding of my venture plan because it is a summarized version in anutshell about my aim in life. Thus I shall be taking premature voluntaryretirement towards end of this year 2012, not only because I have by the Graceof God achieved what I never thought I can achieve in my life as a woman butalso because of the life threatening anddangerous situation we are facing daily in the offshore, which is beyond what I canendure for a long again, therefore I have now decide to establish a smallPrivate Clinic at any good location in your Country provided the area is nottoo outskirt. Although my initial desire and passion is to establish a standardPrivate Clinic but what it takes to establish such standard Private Clinic isnot what I am capable to come up with or withstand for now, not only because ofthe ethic procedures which I am going to pass through before the establishmentof a well standard Private Clinic can be accomplished but also because of thefinancial backup which a well standard Private Clinic will require before itcan be setup to its standard, and this is the reason why I have decided toestablish just a small Private Clinic that will provides primary health careand services for in an outpatients suffering from acute or chronic pain and toalso make referrals to medical specialists when necessary, as this is within mycapability that I can afford to build by the special Grace of God. Dear don’tfeel that I want to use my venture plan to build a friendship or relationship,I just decided that I must carry along on my plan whoever that God choose forme as my best friend, as this will afford me an opportunity to make plan andshare together heartfelt idea with someone who is truly ready to be my bestfriend forever which is now you if I am not making mistake.

AlthoughI am not in a hurry for the establishment of my propose clinic in your Countryas I will have to study or observe your Country very well before I will makethe final decision on my propose clinic to be established in your Country,rather I just want to have the full idea in advance on what it will takes toestablish a private clinic in your Country and also to know you more deeplybefore I will make my final decision, while I shall thereafter come over toyour Country after receiving all the needful information from you so that Iwill come and observe the place and the ready building which you will locatefor me in your Country before I will make final decision on it accordingly. Furthermore I envisage that it may besomewhat difficult for a foreigner to establish private Clinic in your Country,but never mind I can become a partner with any reliable doctor who is a citizenof your Country that will help establish my project by his name and reserve myrights by a contract between me and the said reliable Doctor which I will alsorely on you to introduce to me. Or alternatively I can use your name as mynominee to purchase the ready building on my behalf in your Country while bothof us will sign legal agreement said the ready building belongs to me. As suchI believe that you will not betray the trust and the confidence which I amgoing to repose in you on this aspect. And if needed, I am ready to work firstat any reputable hospital in your Country so that I can somewhat understand themedical system, the culture and perhaps the official language of your Countryin case English is not your Country’s official language.

Besides it is not reallymy wish to take the said premature retirement so early, rather I am still verymuch willing to continue my job for another 6-9 Months and take this project inhand side by side if I can get a very reliable person to represent my interestsincerely and faithfulness since the project may take 12 -18 months beforecompletion while I will just be taking care of the financial aspect and theGovernment formalities. Hence it is now imperative for me to have a reliablefriend in your Country who can be my reliable guidance / my representative onthe area where my physical appearances may be presently needed there in yourCountry. In short there are many areas where I feel a man physical assistancewill be needed by me; although this has to be done little by little but at thesame time I still have to start my early inquiries on what it will really takes/ requires in establishing a small Private Clinic in your Country.

Meanwhile you neednot to worry yourself about the entire Government formalities and also what itwill takes to get Government Permit License for a small Private Clinic in yourCountry as I don’t want to bother anyone for that, rather I will take care ofthat aspect through your Country Embassy in my Country, so what I will want youto do for me is just only on the area of the ready building that willcompatible / suitable with the drawing plan already designed in thearchitectural building drawing plan of my propose private clinic which Icourier to you so that you will show it to any good architect that will offerhis expert opinion on the drawing plan to be couriered to you in order for meto know the type of ready building that will be compatible with my proposeprivate clinic in your Country, the type of ready building that someone canlease or purchased in your Country that can be converted to a private clinicand how much it will cost.

Butbefore you can be able to commence any tangible preliminary observation andsurvey on my behalf concerning this venture plan, I will have to first of all sendto you by courier the said designed copy of the architectural building drawingplans for my propose Private Clinic that I have already procured. So aftergetting the said designed copy of the architectural building drawing plan bycourier, you will then help me engage the service of any Architect or CivilEngineer to see that they offer their expert opinion on the cost and also onthe type of ready building that I can lease or buy over there in your Country.
