    Pedro Santiago of DST Services

Pedro Santiago solicits "upfront" fees by promising to provide funding for various projects. Stays in contact, etc. daily, once fees are received, excuses abound, does not return calls, family sick or dying, he's sick, whatever to wear you out and down. He has been tuned in to his state attorneys office by many. I don't know how he is not in jail or worse. I speak from losing thousands. One of his ex business associates once I alerted her that I thought it was a scam, agreed it was, and had another gentlemen to call me that Pedro Santiago of DST had also received funds from. He was very adamant in pursuing Pedro. Plain and simple, if people need up front fees to exist or be paid for their services, they are not putting together these multiple million dollar deals. They are "living" on the fees only. I was told my money went to a certain "underwriting" company. I managed to talk to one of the "partners" and also checked them out thoroughly. They "admitted" their success rate in funding was less than 1%. This was only after I informed them of where I had been asking questions of them. I asked them how they could survive and with a "stutter" the "processing" fees "helped." HOWEVER, come to find out they had not received my fees as was told by Pedro. Upon calling Pedro back, he said he "thought" he had. They never left his pocket. He is a despicable person, uses God's name easily for this who think it means something to hear these perverts rattle away. I must say that I believe the lady I dealt with that worked as team with Pedro was being scammed herself. She got referral fees, a split percentage of the upfront money you put up. I managed to talk to another that was working for him, both out of Florida, however the second one knew what Pedro was doing. So please beware. There are tens of thousands of "Madoff" want to be's out there. Wall street is nothing but a cesspool of filth, "BUT" they pay the cesspool congress to make crimes legal. Our congressman if they have been in more than one term are part of the problem, if they have not stood up and pointed out the fraud of their peers. Our congress, judicial, and executives are pretty much all bought by Wall Street. So the "little" pedros of the world have but a good example to follow. Hey, if our elected officials can work for graft ( contributions), why can't I so many say.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, where did you meet Pedro Santiago? And did you report the case to your local police authorities?

I met him through some people who worked for me that submitted my loan proposal to a entity in Florida. I contacted the Maryland District attorneys office as did others.
