    Makoto Masahiko, divorce collection

same fake lawyer name KENSUKE WANG ESQ being used by MAKOTO MASAHIKO, sent me a "Collaborative Law Process Agreement" claimed to be from Japan.

    First email:
    ------

I am in need of a family Lawyer to help me to handle a divorce case.

Please, let me hear from you.

    Your swift response is anticipated.

    Yours faithfully,

    Makoto Masahiko.

seemed a little sketchy, but my boyfriend condemned me for assuming all strangely worded inquiries are scams rather than just people for whom English is not their first language. so I looked her up, and the exact same inquiry was posted on web profiles for attorneys in Oklahoma and Florida. gave the person the chance to redeem themselves by asking for more info, got second e-mail:

    --------
Thank you for the response, I was married to my ex husband James Anderson (who lives in your jurisdiction)and in January 2011, we mutually agreed under a Collaborative Participation Law Agreement to go our separate ways. Anderson had agreed to pay me $976,000.00 under terms of the agreement so that I can settle down and to his credit; he has paid me $150,000.00 but with an outstanding balance of $826,000.00. I have attached a copy of the Collaborative Participation Law Agreement reached here in Japan where the marriage was made legal and dissolution took place.

I am hereby seeking your legal assistance in helping me enforce the agreement, and have him honor the agreement inentirety.

Please send me an agreement/ retainer form and instruction on where retainer fee will be sent so we can immediately commence.

I believe that one of the reasons he has refused to pay is because I have re-married and relocated to Japan. I understand that been remarried does not automatically void the agreement. Prior to our separation due to irreconcilable differences, we were married for 23yrs of which by his instruction, I was a full time house wife to carter for our three children.

He has agreed already to pay me the balance but it is my belief that a Law firm like yours is needed to help litigate this matter if he fails to pay as promised.

    Sincerely,

    Makoto Masahito

Just for the record I will point out that Makoto and Masahiko are both male FIRST names ( given names) . Neither is a family name AND neither of them is a female name.
