Crap remover
A very useful free program that will get rid of a lot of rubbish from your pc, it is especially useful for removing the rubbish that is installed without your knowledge or permission when you buy a new pc with an operating system already installed.

Crap Cleaner, FreeRamXP
Two tools I have on my Windows Digital Audio Workstation:
CCleaner. It really helps Windows run sweet & fast. http://www.ccleaner.com/ (Their other 2 tools are very good as well, & they are all quite small. The Recuvva tool is good, I have used it on a friends box to get him out of trouble.) I also use FreeramXP, which is a RAM optimiser, another damn good tool, with a small footprint. http://www.yourwaresolutions.com/ These 2 tools are, I think, an essential part of a Windows box. They do what they should, no more, no less, & make a big difference in the speed, especially on older rigs. Even with a dual-core, hitting Ramfree before I render a big audio file makes a lot of difference.

DMY suggested I use Crap Cleaner on my pc. Every night before I logout I run it. It takes about 10 seconds and tidies everything up for the next day. I have to admit DMY, knows his Crap!
 btw, He also suggested i completely remove all traces of AOL. My computer runs better and faster than ever, THANKS DMY!
