I have just found this article on the internet, thought it may be of some use to members:

Russian Oil and Commodities.
Russian oil transactions does not work the way 99% of Joker Brokers claim and usually are scams.
With understanding of Russian law and Tax laws and accounting standards, you'll be able to figure it out. Ben, Lynda, or any of the senior members need to know this, I will be happy to disclose offline. I am not about to publish it online to educate Fraudsters. will
