Yes this is still a scam and always will be.
Google do not run lotteries, and certainly not in Thailand.

If you have sent them any bank account or credit card details, then close these accounts, Combined with the information you have supplied them they could use this against you.
They have your phone number so MAY call. Please stop ALL contact with them. If they call, say that person is not available on this number, and ignore all emails, as they are trying to scam you and will ask for 'fee's and other 'charge's' There are NO winnings it is a scam.

Yes it is a scam. Of all the places in world, why would google, a US company have a lottery in Thailand? Google doesn't but scammers live and work in Thailand. So they pretend to be a lottery.
