Good Day

I am Fred Y. Adiyia (Esq.) I must solicit your confidence in this transaction; this is by virtue of the nature as being utterly confidential. Though I know that a transaction of this magnitude will make any one apprehensive and overwhelmed, but I am assuring you that all will be well.

The project I am presenting to you is a case of my late client, who willed USD$9.4million to his next-of-kin. It was most unfortunate that him and his next-of-kin died on the same day in an auto-crash, am now faced with indecision about who to pass the funds to. joeking140us: This email might come as a surprise to you, since there was no previous correspondence between us. My purpose of contacting you is for you to help secure the funds left behind by my late client, to avoid it being confiscated or declared unclaimed by the financial institution.

The financial institution has issued me a notice to contact the existing relative on this final quarter less the account will be declared unclaimed and the funds diverted to the financial institution's treasury. joeking140us: So far, all my efforts to get hold of someone related to my late client have proved abortive. I am actually asking for your Consent to present you to the financial institution as the Next of Kin/beneficiary of my late client's fund, so that the proceeds of this will be released to you. I shall provide all the documents to back up the claim as my client's Next of Kin

All I require is your honest co-operation and to enable us achieves this transaction. I wish to point out that I want 10% of this money to be shared among charity Organizations, while the remaining 90% would be shared equally between us. This transaction is entirely risk free. I will use my position as the client's attorney to guarantee the successful execution of this transaction. joeking140us: I need your response for more details to proceed

Good Day,

I am Barrister Fred Adiyia. I have an urgent and very confidential business proposition for you. One of my clients from Syria now late. He was a foreign Contractor with the Ghana Gold Mining Corporation, (Name deliberately withheld) made a trunk boxes Deposit valued at US$15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million United State Dollars Only) with a security company for safe keeping for a period of 2 years since 2010 and it has been 8 years now. I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no reply.

After a month, I sent a reminder and finally, I discovered the depositor died in Syria with his entire family. On further investigation, I found out that he died without making a WILL and all attempts to trace his next of kin were fruitless.

I, therefore, made further investigation and discovered that the depositor did not declare any next of kin or relations in all his official documents. No one will ever come forward to claim it. The security company laws stipulate at the expiration of 10 (Ten) years, the trunk boxes and valued will revert to the ownership of the security company if nobody applies to claim the fund. Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand as an extended relation or business partner to the deceased.

There is no risk involved at the end of the transfer of the fund in the trunk boxes to you as the new beneficiary, all documents relating to the transfer will be retrieved from all files and destroyed. Your urgent reply is needed once you are okay with my proposal. Let's discuss the percentage in our next email. I represented his interest in the whole of Africa, once I recommend you as the business partner or distance relation there will not be any doubt.

Barr. Fred Adiyia
