The "send confirmation email" isn't working for me. Is this not necessary?

Sometimes mail servers don't accept the mail so we have to manually approve people.
Thank you two. Your site is allowing me to work here, so no problem. I thought you no longer required the "activate".
I've never had a confirmation email not go thru.
Separate names with a comma.
