MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica -- An eighteen-year-old student of a Trelawny high school is one of three people arrested by the lottery scam task force Saturday for breaches of the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transaction) (Special Provisions) Act.

They were held during a sting operation after a 54-year-old male US national was intercepted at the Sangster International Airport with close to US$10,000 yesterday afternoon.

The three, who are said to be of Trelawny addresses, are expected to be questioned by the lottery scam task force in the presence of their attorneys.
