I also have received a notice from the FTC Incorporated.
I became terrified, until I checked the information out. It is rather frightening to be sent a notice you nothing about.
I have enough problems with out this happening.

I as well I got the scam about final court notice and a warrant on top of that he has my SSN. I know this can't be true because I never borrow any money. So what should I do?

    Thanks

You can contact the local police but not much will happen. You might also want to contact the Attorney General in your state.

I have received two this week. I decided to call their bluff. When I call ed, I confronted them with how the US Court system works along with getting the attorney general 's involved

It's probably better to not educate them. What state is this happening in now?

I live in Texas and I received the e-mail. So it is not just residents of Kansas they are trying to SCAM.

Maybe they've moved on to "greener pastures".

Better let the Texas AG know about that.

Talk about fly by night. Still, a lot more potential victims in Texas.

As long as the FBI and the Attorney Generals are working on it then that's about as legal as it gets.

I received this again this morning, and before on June 17th, and other times before that. I did confront the person, responding that I wanted scanned copies of any and all files in reference to this. They tried to tell me that I would receive it all in the mail, or that they didn't have them because it was done over the internet. I called him on it, and told him he was a liar and a fraud. I called him a few other things, as well as telling him that I was under no circumstances paying for a loan I never applied for, nor received the funds for. He stopped responding back to me after that...

I haven't just gotten emails from Jason Scott, I've gotten them from "Wayne Johnston" as well. It's the exact same thing. I'm in Delaware, and I will be reporting the issue this time around...

He might have hacked some database somewhere. That's why it's important to get the Attornies General and law enforcement involved in this to try and track these people down.
