1. Immigrant Visa Fee: $330. To be paid at the Embassy

2. USCIS Immigrant Visa Filing Fee: $465. To be paid to the USCIS
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); who prepares and submits every immigration petition to the National Visa Center for processing; has filing fees for submitting every petition to the National Visa Center with the form number. The USCIS filing fee of immigrant visa petition to the National Visa Center with form I824 is $465.

You should be prepared to pay to the USCIS; the filing fee of your immigrant visa petition at the next step of the immigration process; to prepare and submit your application to the National Visa Center to process your petition. USCIS Application Processing Centers:
The USCIS Field offices in the Asia/Pacific region prepares and submits all WAC Case Number applications to the National Visa Center for processing

Application Submission Instruction:
Please submit first your application forms with your international passport and passport size photograph for the details to be entered into the system. You will receive instruction about the next step of the immigration process when you submit your application.
