The Association of Independent Business Executives welcome you to participate in the forthcoming International Conference on Business Development and Strategic Management (ICBDSM) which will hold in Downtown, Houston Texas U.S.A. from Tuesday, 4th to Friday, 7th of February, 2020. We are working day and night to make this event a success and to ensure that all registered delegates who are yet to receive their entitled traveling documents do so.

We deem it necessary to inform you that the closing date of registration is close by and we advise you send in the requested documents in order to confirm your participation and commence with the processing of your entitled traveling documents. Below are the needed documents to confirm your participation.

A: Filled Registration Form

B: Scanned data Page of valid international passport

C: Two passport photographs.

D: Hotel Booking confirmation

Participants will be responsible for securing their accommodation during the period of the summit. The selected hotels are fully booked by delegates for the same conference purpose. We implore delegates to reserve their rooms with any hotel of their choice in Downtown Houston Texas where the conference will be held. Your reservation should be from Monday, February 3rd (Arrival date) to Saturday, February 8th, 2020 (Departure Date). The hotel booking receipt should be submitted along with the above-listed documents.

All foreign delegates who require a visa will be assisted by this organization. Only delegates whose participation is confirmed will be sent an official letter of invitation and other necessary documents needed to acquire their Visa.

As soon as we receive the requested documents, your registration file will be sent to the Attorney General in charge of Visa affairs here in the United States in order to approve your visa authorization letter which will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country of residence to enable you go for the collection of your Visa. A copy of the visa authorization letter along with an official invitation letter from this organization will be sent to you.

You will be contacted by the Attorney General before your visit to the embassy in your country. You will also be given an appointment date by the Attorney General to go for the collection of your visa. Make sure you provide correct information on your passport when filling the visa form which will be sent to you by the Attorney General.

Note: Early submission of registration documents is advised, as there are many persons registering for this event. We attend to applicants on a first-come-first-served basis. Also, endeavor to always check your email for a prompt response.

Registration:

Registration is free and the organizing committee in collaboration with sponsors of the event will cover all registered delegates’ round trip air tickets. Visa assistance will be rendered to foreign delegates who need a Visa to enter the United States for the event. To participate in the conference, one must be registered.

Delegates can participate individually or in groups. Groups can be formed in a range of two (2) to five (5) members. If more members want to attend, then more groups can be formed.

Registration form is attached to this email. You are to download and complete the form accurately. Completed forms should be submitted to the secretary via email along with other required documents as listed below;

Scanned copy of the data page of International Passport,
Two (2) colored recent passport photographs and
Hotel booking confirmation.

These documents should be submitted as soon as possible to confirm your participation.

Terms & Conditions:
The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to every delegate. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions. You are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before commencing with your registration. The organizing committee will not accept any condition(s) that is contrary to these terms.

To be eligible to participate in the forum, attendees must be at least 18 years old (Attendees may be asked to present an official identity card showing their age during accreditation).
The conference organizing committee reserves the right to refuse any registration if the maximum number of delegates is exceeded.
Registered delegates are responsible for the cost of their hotel accommodation in Houston, Texas.
Attendees are expected to honor their VISA by returning home to their respective countries after the conference.
All delegates' details will be kept on our records for some period of time. Your information will not be shared with anyone and we will not contact you about anything other than the event you attend, unless you have indicated otherwise.
Registration will not be complete until all the requirements for participation is fulfilled by the applicant.
It is imperative for all delegates to observe relevant security procedures during the period of the conference. Be sure to have your delegate badge on at all times for easy identification.

Accommodation:

The hotel booking confirmation should be submitted along with your filled registration forms, scanned page of your valid international passport and two passport photographs.

Visa Processing:
Foreign participants must be in possession of a valid International Passport to apply for a US Visa. Once your registration is confirmed, participant’s registration file/visa request will be forwarded to the U.S. Bureau Department of States for visa authorization. Upon approval, a copy will be sent to you and to the Consulate Section of the U.S. Embassy in your country of residence where you will collect your visa.

An appointment date will be communicated to you by the Attorney General on when to visit the U.S. Embassy for visa collection, after the approval of your Visa authorization letter here in the United States. You are to inform us if you already have a U.S. visa when submitting your registration documents.

Flight Ticket:
Free round trip air tickets will be provided by the organization and her benevolent donors in the United States and abroad. The round trip air tickets will cover delegates’ air travel from countries of residence to Houston Texas, U.S.A. and back to their countries after the conference.

Invitation Letter:
All registered delegates whose participation has been confirmed will be sent an official letter of invitation. For a delegate’s participation to be confirmed, he/she must have submitted all the required documents for registration.

Presentation:
Interested participants who wish to present a paper are advised to write a summary of their presentation. This should be in relation to the above listed topics. *Indicate your interest to make a presentation during registration.

Language:
The official language of the conference is English; however, there will be provision for digital wireless translation into several major languages across the globe.

Most likely this is a fake. There is no such conference on the official website of the congress center.
